The Apple Ascend Code of Conduct applies to everyone who uses our services, games, and platforms. Below, we outline the guidelines for interacting with others in the community. While these examples are not exhaustive, they reflect the behaviors we expect from all participants.

Following these rules is straightforward, but violations will be addressed appropriately, with actions that may extend to permanent removal from the community.

Code of Conduct

Confidentiality

Respect others' privacy. Sharing personal information about other players, apart from publicly visible usernames, is strictly forbidden. We strongly recommend keeping your own personal data private as well. Threatening to reveal another player's personal details, such as their real name or location, is prohibited under all circumstances.

Respect and Equality

Apple Ascend is a space that embraces diversity and inclusion. We have zero tolerance for hatred or discrimination of any kind.

We celebrate differences, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, skin color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and physical abilities. Any form of harassment, degradation, or targeting of individuals or groups based on these characteristics will not be tolerated.

Respectful Communication

Treat fellow players with respect in all interactions, whether in chats, during gameplay, or through creative collaborations. Threats, intimidation, humiliation, or any form of boundary violations are unacceptable and will result in action against the offending user.

Impersonation

Be yourself. Impersonating other players, public figures, officials, or Apple Ascend employees is strictly forbidden. Additionally, claiming another player's achievements as your own is not permitted.

Fair Play

Engage in games fairly and honestly. Cheating, conspiring against other players, exploiting bugs, or intentionally disrupting the gaming experience of others is prohibited. Sharing or promoting information about cheats, hacks, or vulnerabilities is also not allowed. If you discover a bug, report it to us immediately.

Prohibition of Dangerous or Illegal Actions

Dangerous or illegal behaviors, including but not limited to gambling, online fraud, or sharing personal data without consent, are strictly forbidden. Content that glorifies or incites violence is not allowed. Additionally, threats of harm toward yourself or others, even in jest, are taken seriously and will not be tolerated.

Fraud

Deceptive practices of any kind are not allowed. This includes attempts to steal player data, trade personal information, or conduct fraudulent transactions.

Appropriate Content

All content and activity within Apple Ascend should contribute to a positive and uplifting community experience. When creating or sharing content, ensure that it adheres to our standards for appropriateness and positivity.

Consequences of Violations

Each violation is assessed individually, taking into account factors such as the severity of the infraction and the user's history of compliance with the Code of Conduct. Consequences range from temporary restrictions to permanent bans from the platform.

In cases of permanent bans, users forfeit access to games, virtual items, and other associated assets.

Reporting Players

We rely on our community to help maintain a safe and welcoming space. If you encounter a player who violates the Code of Conduct, you are encouraged to report them. For personal conflicts with players who are not breaking the rules, you can block those users instead.

Safety

Your personal data is your responsibility—protect it. Do not share your account credentials or allow third parties access to your account. Be cautious of anything that appears suspicious or too good to be true.
